All the files you wish to purchase and download are unique to the purchaser and are strictly and soley meant for the purchasers use only, in agreeing to these terms , you agree not to share the files with anybody else.
you must not give or sell the files purchased to any other person
you must not allow any other person to use or to sell the files purchased
you must not upload these files to a peer to peer website or any website whatsoever

Each file is created at runtime for the individual customer and has an enbedded unique encrypted identification code that cannot be altered, this crypted code is an identification number which can be used by the site owners to identify the source to any files that have been illegally shared. this is an 1028 bit encryption code and cannot be used by any other party to identify customers.

any customer found to have broken this agreement will be banned from using the website again and may be reported to the relevent law enforcement authorities in their natural country further more monetory damages may be saught against them to recover losses caused by an agreement breach
in acceptance, you agree to abide by these conditions at all times,
please respect the hard work creating these files and please do not share, sell or pass on files
